After a couple of days of working on it [taking my sweet time], finally got my exhaust installed with the PCV. I had the M4 GP slip on, which did me well but i really wanted a Yoshimura exhaust, so I went full system. Also picked up a Yoshimura Exhaust hanger, but its a shame it doesnt have any engraving or logo design. It wasn't too tuff to do, just had to be patient. Probably the hardest part was dealing with the lower injector connectors for the PCV. The only map I had saw on the Power Commander site was for a R77 Full system with stock/aftermarket filter. Other than the muffler end cap, I dont notice too much of a difference between the R77 and R77D, so I went with the map until i can get the Auto Tune [ideally i want to Dyno but low on funds now]. I been reading and researching how to change the AFR on the software so i'll learn how to tink with that. So far all I am able to do is turn the bike on and listen to it; for one, i have my rear sets out for powder coat, and two my leg is still broken so I want to wait another month for healing [at least I say that now haha]. It sounds awesome! Very impressed. Im glad I didnt settle for a Yosh slip on and went full system. I cant wait to get on the road with it and soon go to a track.

Ya man, I total love the sound. My buddy has the TRC full system on his '09 and I got to say, I think I the sound of my bike better [all biased included bahaha]. I'll have a sound clip up by today. Actually, I should go do that now.

I cant wait for them to arrive! Cant go wrong with a free hook up for powdercoating!

I rode my buddies gixxer with something similar, and I hated it. That said, he went down 2 weeks ago and he swears it saved his leg.

I was looking at getting a Yoshi R77D full exhaust, but Ive heard from a few people that if I just cut the cat out, get a mid pipe and slip on, it would be the same thing but save me a few hundred bucks, I'm not really worried about power or weight, I just like cruising for the most part with opening it up occasionally. What do you guys think?

My bike looks just like this right now; with the O2 Sensor and SET valve cables hanging down. I scored a TRC Carbon full system off Ebay and ran out of time trying to get it installed on Sunday (probably will not have time to get back out to the garage until this weekend). Any tips on getting the cables off? I didn't get too deep into it, but it looked like a PITA! (not much room to work)

^^why put the "lol" at the end of your statement that you went for a ride and got a headache???

why on earth would you want that to cause a headache and take away from the enjoyment of the bike??

And think about using ear plugs when you ride...youll be glad you did when you still have your hearing at 45....
