If you hooked up the wrong terminals on the battery first thing Id check would be the 30a main fuse..thats usually the first to pop when that happens

my guess is he still hasn’t replaced the proper fuse, sounds like ignition if its turning over but no spark, OR

its a burnt wire or connection, I would take Monoliths advice and Dload the manual whatever it takes borrow a laptop whatever, then sit down and devise a reasonable plan of attack

stop just randomly replacing stuff, the SRAD bible has a very well thought out plan of attack for just this, "no spark"

you follow their steps to the tee and you will find the culprit but for now sounds as if you are just chasing your tail..

take a couple deep breaths, relax and come up with a plan, it is well worth it as I think you have anything that would cost anything already new so its just a matter of finding the obvious or a hidden gremlin somewhere

also pics are going to be a big help so sort that out as well, I doubt this is going to be your only issue if you are going to be a rider for life so may as well gear up and be prepared only helps future issues get resolved faster
