Have you check and make sure you are spraying ok? Sounds like it might be starved for fuel and its not getting enough? Only thing i can think of

An to the guy a few messages back its not i cant be arsed i didn't know how and this site is suppose to be for bikers and Suzuki owners that help another bike rider not take the piss out of for not knowing how to read a multi metre because umm well ur reply didn't help at all tbh ... Anyway...
Hey that's me rite! Sorry, I fidgured a wiring diagram and a service manual would help ya. Thing doesn't spark still though eh? Did you test/inspect the stuff you removed and the stuff you installed before putting it on? Including its wires/ connectors? With the multimeter? Hmmm....If not, take it all off and test it! :suicide

I mean if you truly don't have spark.
And you know 110% every aspect of your electronics system is good to go. Then there is only one other thing that could cause that.....

... Anyway... I think ~ 3 of my mates cant work it out and 2 mechanics i have had here looking as well both work on bikes and are stuck as well ...
:suicide .... How many....... does it take to ..... a srad..... :scratch

i have 3 other bikes and a quad so i know what im doing but it wont spark so that's where ive got to and what's changed so kind of need help off some one like the guy above thanks for the tip on the ignition switch ....
Holy hell! He knows what hes doing! .....Phew. Glad you got your issue sorted out then!

Good luck to ya. Try replacing the carbs and motor next. You've replaced everything else with "good" ones already rite? At this point might as well toss a new motor into it also.

Here is your biggest problem buddy. I'll help you out... When you throw a new part or replacement part at the problem... You should know its bad or causing the issue first. You must pin point the problem, then address it. Systematically hunt it along a guided path. I gave you a link to a color coded road map. And a crappy video link on how to test wires. That should be all you need.

Unless of course if its being caused by the only non electrical aspect of that system, well I guess one could call it electrical too... shrug....Either way, imho, it should be the last thing you check after knowing without a doubt everything on the outside is good as it is extremely unlikely to be causing your issue. I am pretty sure if you follow the troubleshooting steps in the service manual and don't skip over anything you would have found your issue by now.

Best of luck to you and your 5 wize men(3buddies 2mechanics). That would make 6 wize men then wouldn't it? :shifty

Im starting to think its sparking and doesnt have fuel.
Hang on now.... That would mean himself and 5 other wize men that "know what their doing"... would all be wrong with diagnosis of "no spark" ... That just cant be! They are the experts!

Haha no its not starved of fuel ... Infact on that reply i did take off the fuel pump last week to see if anything was dodgy in there took apart and cleaned ...same as the 4 carbs just for a nice clean up ..changed the air filter k&n .. New oil pump .. New sprocket and chain set ..have ordered new anodised bolts .. And new raiator hoses , cables and pipes to match ..mirrors .. I have fibre glassed a new tail tidy to be housed nicely under the rear pannel with two new lights ... Its already got new discs and tyres anyway ...was corona now red .. The frame i will be polishing to make it shine but obviously that takes a long time by hand lol maybe 2 weeks i only get about an hour a day to work on it ...all panels are sanded dry and wet primered , sprayed , laquered . I will make a nice profit when i am finished ..when the thing starts i am with a mechanic tomorrow and wednesday so will be checking all housings and pins for connections again same as checking the ignition switch just incase . And ordering a new one with matching tank and seat locks .. I have bought the rear cowl unit box that replaces the passengers seat to a nice rounded tail with the fibreglass so i can take it out to still keep the okay boot under there for a useful set of tools to carry .. I carry them everywhere spare clutch cables when riding with mates or to work just in case but again that's for my kmx125 that things lovely think its about 38hp at the moment .as i said before i buy bikes and sell them on but i like this bike and want to do it properly this is why i need to figure this sparking problem .. It might be the ignition switch bit it is late ..so wont be looking until tomorrow ..

I don't work on the wireing every single day .. But i will be tomorrow i am still learning and testing with the multi metre .. And what i have checked so far seems to be okay i have the Haynes manual that i downloaded and printed the 429 pages .... I will be checking all connections .. the 3 ppl are my mates and i really don't get hours to work on it and 2 of them are mechanics so that makes 4 ppl 3 of them and me not six or 5. They have been helping me test what you was telling me to..but we all work and do have partners so time is limited my friend .. i downloaded the manual and watched youtube vids at work but cant test everything and build and fix and go work and sleep i am following the wireing diagram .. I don't read you names just your replys so i don't know who said that ..

how are you checking for spark? do you have all 4 plugs and coils out and do you have all the plugs grounded? and do you have all the coil sticks plugged into the harness?

Hmm. The mechanic's you speak of shouldn't need us. If they just keep telling you to replace everything, they aren't mechanics. Good luck!!! Edit +1 for Monolith.. lulz

some mechanics work with a parts cannon instead of common sense.

electricity flows like water threw pipes and every switch or relay is just like a valve.

maybe since you now have a printed copy find the wire diagram and steal the neighbor's kids crayons and color the path from the battery to the cdi and then go to the bike and start probing.

Yeah all are out of top of the engine and grounded ..i am checking the caps on the wiring loom and all have the same reading i forgot what numbers now .. Anyway i put the black multi meter up bottom rubber where the spark plug slides into well not loose tight ..and red on the top metal prong both sides and all 4 read 5.5 .. ow bw cables read the correct numbers on multi meter as the Haynes manual says .. My mates don't just pop by to look at the bike they come round to chat i don't live in a garage and they don't tell me to replace everything they told me cdi rectifier spark plugs fuses replays . As the battery was put on wrong and so its an electrical fault . But i am rebuilding the bike as well as doing the electrics but i don't see the problem in my buying new parts and building the bike its not just electrics it every thing rims have been done swingarm off and cleaned and back on all bearings new .. New handle bars .. Once i have it started i will take the engine out and clean the whole outside .. Seen some lovely left fly wheel covers .. And pulse generator covers that you can see spinning through ...actually i remember one guy saying at work i could of reversed the polarity in the fly wheel i dunno if that even can happen but a used one i think is like 45 .. Dunno not buying one just yet as i don't even know if that's true lol but as i said i will be going through the wiring loom and all wires from the bike testing tomorrow im not work have the day off ..and checking the ignition switch i was told there is a sensor or something in there and even tho the lights and everything work it could be a fault with that .. But i will be testing tomorrow

SRAD EFI coils are CDI , carb are induction coils, you should have 12v at the coil positive and if you put a female spade terminal on a piece of wire, and put that on the coil negative side and briefly gnd it you should get a spark ,do this to each coil
that will confirm the power supply to the coils and there function
then check all your safety switches, sidestand, tip over etc if the ecu is not completing the circuit its probably responding to a input

I took apart the ignition barrel and its off a different bike same as the top yoke .. I noticed i have the orange and red cable red orange grey black and white and brown .. But there are 2 red cables been cut and put into one and one leads directley to a diode or fuse but doesn't touch the copper or brass plates or bearings in there .. I know its a different barrel of a different bike .. So maybe this is the problem i have ordered and new barrel coming 6 June so i will fit it and let you know also i will check the coils like you said with the female spade .. Thank you
