What's changed?
Where's your manual?
Learn to take pictures, before you disassemble something.

It's going to take some patience, and trial & error to get everything back into place.
Is it cold, is that making the fuel lines less flexible?
Make sure, the lines are not kinked once you've set the tank down on the frame.

Don't mean to hijack this thread but it seems relevant ...just bought a 91 1100... haven't had a bike in 15+ years... Anyways the guy said it was running fine until he redid the fuel lines and plugs... no it has a miss but still revs all the way up smoothly ... I am thinking he may have fouled a plug or kinked a line... What are the correct plugs for a 91 1100... and what can I do to check for fuel line probs ... lift the tank... also is there anything else I should look for this bike is really nice...

Fouled plug will generally not miss and rev up smoothly. It will idle lumpily and rev up rough. But it that is what you mean then checking the plugs is a good start. You'd need to check into plugs for that model.

At close to 30yrs old a miss these days can be all sorts of things. Carb, wires, coils, CDI box there is quite a bit to check and you need to determine if fuel or spark.

Says it happened when he did the plugs and fuel line. If you think he is being truthfull, start with where he says the problem occured, but putting the tank back on he could have hit. pulled or kinked either a spark or fuel piece.

Good luck, take your time and try one thing at a time. A hanging fuel tank can also help ease the work and eliminate the kink concern.
