I broke my shoulder blade in three places at the end of May. But I took the impact on the front of my shoulder where my arm and chest meet

Ahh.. I vaguely remember reading that now.
I thought that was weird how you took the impact in front and broke the shoulder blade out back!? :dunno
What all have you done for rehab/recovery ??

Been wroking with bands. Starting to work with weights. I can work my bi's and tri's and shoulders. I just cant lift more then five pounds with my arm extending out and over my head. I think there is still some swelling and damage in my delt
