Well, I've been instructing with RideSmart for over a year, and late last year I started helping out with a new Org, Fastline Motorcycle School (a smaller, yet growing, TD Org). RideSmart goes to most of the tracks in Texas, and venturing to Topeka & Barber later this summer. Fastline is still local to Houston, as of right now, only its second year of existance.Which TD org? I've contemplated venturing West to Texas for a track day lately. I'm kinda tired of heading East all the time...:lol
Yep, definitely legit!Website looks legit enough.
I might have to check that out this fall. I didn't even know GSS existed....
The decision wasn't about going to the track. THAT was definite!! Just on Sunday, not the day I was trying to decide what to do.stop being a pussy and go to the track![]()
turns out i know some ppl that run a track :shifty
Whom do you know? :shifty:twitch
Ah.. I havne't made an Elite TD yet. Little too pricey for me, but then again instructing we get to ride for free. :biggrini instruct for Elite Trackdays (elitetrackdays.com) good ppl, good org. and you're not going to be running with 60+ ppl on the track![]()
I've heard H2H is a bit bumpy . Not that any of the texas tracks are smooth as butter. I'd like to go, just haven't had a chance or the $$. I'm looking at the website now for Elite. I'm interested in checking it out, maybe sometime sooner than later.i think we're pretty competitively priced. but again, we're not cramming 60+ riders on the track at once.
i LOVE H2R. it's a technical track that really will challenge you in areas. but it's a blast. ant has been on it on a bike. and dills, joe, stead and the viking have been on it in my car(i was actually out there on saturday just dicking around :lol)
you're not going to get blistering top speeds, but it's a fucking blast and really will challenge you (santa rita, anyone?) :lol
