What's Up with Yoshimura

I've e-mailed twice to Yoshimura (sales & tech address) with questions about an exhaust for my '05 GSXR750. No responses after 4 days. Yesterday, I tried calling them but their info line was busy ...continously. I've never dealt with Yoshimura, so are they always so hard to get in contact with? How responsive are they to warranty claims and such? Thanks. Vic

It's a crap shoot with them, sometimes they get back to you quick, sometimes not at all. I was lucky in that they responded to me quick.

I'll say this though, run your question through Morepowerracing.com

I bought my Yosh TRS slip-on from them for a great price and have gone to them with a few Yosh related questions and they usually get back to me pretty quick with good info.
