dont be surprised about this response since you have seen comp loss on your TL, i have seen this on the older gen 1k's as well and i think it has a lot to do with how the bike was broken in and just keep in mind that some motors just are not as strong as others, at around 15K there was a significant loss on the dyno and the owner rode the bike rarely to the limit so its not rare... leakdown was perfect however after taking his motor apart and replacing the rings and pistons he was back up and running so that is why i always tell my buddies to break it in hard and let the rings seat in right...
