.. you'll get the $..

I can see that you've signed on and read all this shit about what a deadbeat you are...no response?

Seriously, whats your plan here? To just try to let this drag out until its been long enough that I'll forget about it? Not going to happen. You owe me money and this shit is getting old. Pay up what you owe...you're going to have to pay at one point in one way or another, you might as well pay while its still only $55...

Should blacklist this guy. Looks like internet world isn't so huge after all.
Yeah I guess I agree. He tried to start up on the WERA board and within a few weeks he pretty much got run out of there for being a deadbeat piece of shit...now he pops up on here, so I'd hate to see another person get tied up with him.

I appologize to everyone on Gixxer.com who has to read through crap threads like this, and with this being my only real contribution to the forum so far, I hate to just jump on here and start some personal bullshit, but I wanted to publicly call this dude out before he tries to take money from people on here too.

I know its only $55, but I'm on the only one, and this internet scamming shit has gotten out of control with the bike parts. I feel that people have to start stepping up and putting an end to it, one by one. Personally, I will not stand for it and will follow this one through until it is resolved, by whatever means it takes.

Try and e-mail paypal for a refund.
I think no one will be against as long as it is doing a good thing.

Paypal issued claim in my favor, just won't give me any money because his account is cleaned out, and thats pretty much where they stop going after it...

I'm gona have to get my refund by other means it looks like...

I never understood why people prefer broken knee cups rather than just pay up... for their stupidity
:scratchhaha...too true

Funny thing is he is still logging on here every day reading this stuff. Hey Scott you fucking deadbeat, whats up man? Guess I'll see you in FL at this point dude, if thats how you want it.

I'm pretty sure I got a confirm on his address today too which is really going to help expedite the process. Thanks for your idea on that one too Mugen:cheers

All this over $55, dam. I'd lose 10 times that wasting that much time. If anyone can remember the topic, I just began having these problems on my k3 7. I did find some corrosion on adapters in the harness but dont think they are the problem. Everything seems to be working, the system voltage just isnt rising over 12.8 @5000 rpm. After running the engine and shutting of the bike, the battery always resumes to the high 11's on the meter

Just pay up OP, d-swens is being a good man about it. Do the honest thing and return the money even if it is a little amount, it's the principle. I am a big ebay/paypal guy myself and keep the fees down as is. It's not much money and your parents probably don't mind the small amount leaving their account.

Karma and a life lesson behind the story.

D-swens, nice avatar :drool Who dat is??

This will probably be a great example for all the scammers.

Its the principle and the way this deadbeat has chosen to handle the situation, not the amount of $$ that matters. I am also not the only one he has ripped off. Personally, I've been robbed/ripped off for little amounts of money on bike shit here and there one too many times lately, and this is where the buck stops. Aside from that, scammers in the bike community are starting to pop up in too many places, and unless they see that people are willing to follow all the way through until justice is served, they will see the bike community as an easy target and keep on doing what they're doing. There was a time back in the day when motorcyclist where a crowd that you just didn't fuck with, and as a community would really look out for each other. I'd like to think that there are still enough of us out there to ballance out against assholes like Scott Surface.
Aside from serving justice, half of the reason for the crime and punishment system in this country is to serve as a detterrant or threat against future criminals, and its been that way since the middle ages.
Unfortunately for this a$$hole, as of now I actually have all of his info and the ability to punish him for his crimes. It'd be great if in the end this will help deter some future deadbeats like him, but at the very least it'll make things better by me when I watch him pay.

Hey Scott Surface, since I know you're logged on hidding and reading this, I'll give you a call later today asshole and try to schedule a home visit at your earliest inconvenience. Really looking forward to speaking with you, and the in person visit is going to be even better. Didn't think it would come to this did you?

And back on topic, if anybody needs some help with the actual electrical problem/situation covered in this topic, feel free to PM me and I'll offer all the help I can in fixxing/diagnosing this problem.
