They are loaded down with BILT. That stuff sucks. But they got a lot of stuff I need. I probably go once a month.

That was my first trip to a cycle gear. Always heard great things about them. Looked at their online stuff often but never ordered anything.
I wasn't impressed with them. Store was to small and was packed with stuff so I couldn't even walk around. This could just be the management at this location but first impression from then sucked. A lot of built products.
They did have a whole squid section. Bullet wind screen bolts, bar ends, and other sharp pointy chrome items. But after all it is in Tacoma.
There is another one father North near Seattle. May stop in there some day to give them another shot.

They make way more money off their own cheap, shitty crap. A buddy of mine was a store manager for them and said it is company policy to try to push customers towards Bilt or Sedici vs. Arai, Shoei, Dainese, A*, etc. since the profit on those is larger...

iss. They used to be pretty good back in the hay days... but they got smart and started to make their own line. So at the end, push their own line and their margin rocket sky high on $$$.
Just like any business you see, own brand = $$$ so why on earth would a business sell their other manufacture stuff even though they carry them.:wacko
