Still waiting here, but I just realized that I email them my AMEX card info instead of my Visa by accident, might have slowed things down. Although to be honest I don't see any reason why I would have to email them with that information in the first place in order process a refund. Ehhh whatever, I've learned not to deal w/ TTT anymore moving forward.
