Also talked to daddy, Uncle Corky still has his shop & would probably cut us a deal on painting the body work for next year. From what I hear, my cousins have gotten pretty damn good at paint ... of course, with Drew back in town - that's an option too now.

Maybe McMenamin's needs to expand out of the NW (www.mcmenamins.com) They take places like the historic buildings and save them from demo. They turn them into pubs or bed and breakfasts.
