Velcro.
Had it mounted towards the rear of the tail, for two reasons:
1. So I wouldn't be tempted to look at it / fuck with it
2. You have to tell it where the beacon is (riders left or right), and it needs to have a clear line of site to the beacon.

10-4. How did you attached the velcro to the bike? Just used sticky back velcro? Super glue?

Yeah, the miniXT. I don't mind it being out of sight...and that's probably a good thing for me anyway....you just put velcro on the tach?

They changed the design, and the newer ones don't have the built in channels for the zip ties.
But yes, just used standard velcro, nothing more.

I downloaded a GPS lap timer that runs on my iPhone.
I may give it a try, but am a bit :twitch about what might happen if I fall down with it.
Accuracy probably won't be exact, but close enough for my needs.

That's pretty nifty. I'll be interested to see how accurate it is. If the velcro is still on the tail of your bike, we can have them both running and compare...
Imma send one of my guys on a hunt for velcro tomorrow...

The phone doesnt really have spelling issues. I have touchscreen keyboard issues. :lmao. I KNEW I would. Then autocorrect cant figure out WTF I am trying to say.It might fix the spelling issues on your phone....:dunno
New Keyboard App I paid for seems to have REALLY helped though
