I have a 05 gsxr 600 the kill switch has a short in it so it keep shutting off and restarting the bike in the middle of riding i was just wondering if anyone has had this problem or if there is a way to just wire out and cancel the kill switch

If you're positive it's the kill switch, I wouldn't do it to my own bike, but you can cut and connect the two wires.
Does sound more like the kickstand/kickstand switch to me. Clean and lube those first. If it IS the killswitch, take the switch housing apart and clean it. It's not hard, it's a couple of screws.
