Simple green is great, also car wheel cleaner works well.

Once you get them clean, wax them with car wax as this makes it easy to keep them clean.

Do not use WD40 as it causes white wheels to yellow. On black wheels the WD40 works awesome.

I'm not gonna come over and clean 'em, nor is anyone else.
When ya get home, spray on some simple green, wipe, wipe, wipe and yer done.
I'd recommend , warm wet cloth and elbow. Its a bitch and a half but yer rims will be like new.

best thing to use believe it or not is a simple grease cutting dishwashing liquid with hot water , a microfibre cloth and soft paintbrush .... do not use anything like stiff brushes or green back sponges ... if you need more moving power autosmart make a product called G101 which is about as harsh as you want to go ..... any detailing quest. im happy to help with !!!!!! :)

i used wd-40 on my white wheels for a long ass time and they never turned yellow on me

thanks. will try the wd40 since i got black wheels.

A quick wipe after every ride will ensure they stay white and you'll never have much to do to keep them looking good.
Procrastinate and you give the chain grease & brake dust a head start on etching themselves into your pretty white wheels.
I gave all my bikes a thorough wipe down after every long ride.
My wheels were dark colored but i still frequently wiped them down!

WD40 will remove all the crap of your wheels. If you do it regular you will not have the same problem again. Muck off is biodegradable if you want to save the world.
+1

WD40 has worked well for me..........Used to clean the chain with it but have learn't otherwise......:cheers
