How the hell are you ever going to stay focused for all of that?
:spit Well, maybe because he'll be switching bikes it will be different
Yep.

I can pay attention/focus on anything that interests me...but only for a short time.

The practice sessions are only 10min long. The races are only 10 laps (or maybe 8 laps at Barber).

That sets up perfect for my attention span. Just when i start to get "bored" and my mind starts to wander, the practice/race will be over and it will be time for something different.

I will be swapping back and forth between bikes all day and will only be on the track for short spurts. It should be a good weekend :banana

jessie what do you do for work?
I've wirked for Mahle Inc.(Cnc Machinist) for 6 years. But with the economy being down they keep laying me off. They'll call me back, wirk me like a dog for a few months, then lay me off again. I was laid off all last summer, they called me back in October. Worked me thru January an laid me off again.

So this summer and last Summer I wirked on bikes(is it cussing if it's bikes?:scratch), mowed, and wirked for my dad(he owns a lndscaping company). This summer I been doing more bike related wirk. I wirk for 720 Racing/Next Level Moto. It's been awesome so far. I've gained lots of connections and got a dyno at my unlimited disposal :biggrin. I race prep bikes completely and do general maintenance as well.

I fixed/race prepped a few bikes last year. Word of mouth got around(people like AKA :thumbup) and it landed me the job. While it's awesome, it is a start up company. They can't keep me busy enuf for me just to do the bike thing. So I still mow a lot. Don't bother me though. Mowing paid for my racing last year.

Just think, at Barber I get to practice and race the Ninjette on Saturday. Then practice and race on both bikes Sunday. :banana Wonder if I can practice on the gix too Saturday? Technically I'm racing Saturday, but only the Ninjette.

:banana

Hmm, that is a good question. :scratch

When you tech the Ninjette, go ahead and tech the Gixxer too since you will be racing it also. You should be able to practice on it since they will give you a sticker. :dunno

I dunno, that is a tough one.

I wont be there till 1-2am Sunday morning :(

Speaking of which, dont forget to save me a spot :thumbup

Also remind me to bring extra warmers. The races will be back to back and i wont have time to keep both bikes hot with 1 set.

Any of yall used Sebimoto bodywork (its through Yoyodyne)?

They are offering Contingency and WERA pricing puts it right about the same price as the others.
Yeah, I have - Casper too :) It's well made, thin, light but sturdy. Get it :thumbup

Thanks :)

Coming from Yoyodyne, I had to assume it was good shit. Yoyodyne doesn't deal with junk, only high quality race parts. But i wanted some real world feedback.

I like the Optimal. It is only $325 and very good. It isnt necessarily the lightest on the market, but it is good for multiple lowsides.

But it isnt available for the new 675's yet. They said it should be ready by July. But that doesnt help me any.
