Im still not doing it right though. Im turning in too early for T3 and T5 and have almost ran off the inside of the track a few times.
Im running a Podium pace right now, but i still have a lot of time to make up. I am happy because i ran faster than i thought i would and am putting down decent times without doing it right yet. But i still have a lot of wirk to do.

Im still getting used to the Continentals, but they are getting good to me.
They have a really soft carcass, like the Pirelli's, and i have never ridden on a tire like that. They squirm and move around a lot. Due to being used to the BT's, when they started moving, i thought they were telling me i was on the limit.
But when the Conti's start to move, they are getting good. Once i got used to the movement and made myself keep pouring the throttle on after the movement, they started getting good to me.
I am still learning their limits, but i am going to like them.
Another day of getting used to the tires, track and getting some good lines down and i think i have 18's in me, if not 17's.

I dont know the guy, but he has always stood out to me as somebody who doesnt "agree" with "us".....and makes it a point to let that be known.
This site has a different "tone" than other sites. Some like it, some dont...but it is the way it is an WE like it.
From what i have seen, he doesnt like it. That is fine, except for when he tries to call "us" out in "public". The way i see it, "we" are like a team. You might poke fun and call out your teammates in the locker room, but you damn sure dont do it in front of the crowd.
Been a while since it happened, but i just have that feeling about him.
