I had a terrible experince, not only did I not get my order because the rude customer service person Aron, cancelled but now I have to wait for the part again and order from somewhere else.
I ordered the Pazzo levers online then realized 1 minute later that they were offering free driven gel grips. So I sent an email asking to add to the order. Hours later I get a response saying they already shipped the order out and would not send separately.
Here's the thing, why did it take hours for them to respond, and I doubt that the order had been shipped, either way, why not automaticaly send anyway if it's a free order, whats all the antics about.
Finaly since no one ever picks up the published line on there website, Aron calls me on what appears to be her personal cell phone. After I explain the situation, she cancelled my order and I told her that was not my preference. Her response was "you will probably return the levers back to us anyway so I'm going to cancel".
Totally unacceptable, it's not in her place to cancel, thats for me to do. Now I have no levers, and my credit card is short $179.99 for the break and clutch levers that I'll never receive.
Now when I call to find out when I'll get my money back, again no answer. Please do yourself a favor, you may be lucky and not have problems, but why take the chance. I've ordered tons of stuff from others and never had this issue.
