Hello, I am after some assistance/advice. I am changing my swing arm boss either side to a +2mm.
The left side just unscrews, but i can see that the clutch/right side(when on the bike) boss is elongated where the 2 srews are and so is the frame recess.
This means that i cannot unscrew it without jamming against the frame. The manual has no information on the actual method to remove the boss on this side.
Help /advice will be appreciated.

It's been a while since I swapped mine and I've forgotten the details. But it was fairly straightforward. As I recall, you need to remove the swingarm pivot shaft and move the swingarm out of the way so that you can get a socket on the nuts that hold the pivot bosses in place. I probably first removed the shock. The bosses don't screw out. Instead they come straight out after the nuts are removed. Those small screws are there to keep the bosses from turning as the nuts are removed or tightened. See 8-54/55 in the service manual.
