Stator problems

There are three wires the stator runs power through. One should be charging, another should be lights I believe, and the last would be injection if I am not mistaken. Please correct me if I am wrong. When the stator goes out does it effect the secondary throttle valves and the exhaust valve? I just ordered a new stator for my 06 Gsxr but I am having to spray starting fluid and one injection relay doesn't seem to click. Once I get it running it seems like the secondaries are not opening and it's bogged down to 10,000 rpms at the most, never reach I my close to 80mph and that's if I push it. Is this all because of low or no voltage to my ecm to the injection rail? Any help with answering this question would be appreciated

The stator is part of a three-phase generator and each of the wires is a phase. Each goes to the rectifier and is converted to DC and charges the battery. Neither has any direct connection to lights, ignition or anything besides charging the battery. The motor should run fine on a freshly charged battery, so if your battery is charged, the stator is not the cause of your problems.

If your battery isn't charged, which you should measure with a DMM, you should proceed to charge it on an external charger and then diagnose the charging system and see if it's charging the battery or not. If not, the separate parts of the charging system (i.e. rectifier, stator and wiring) should be tested and replaced/fixed accordingly.

After that, see what works and what not, and what FI codes you get, and take it from there.
