Not too bad. Takes about 30-45min if you know what you are doing.
Remove
1. tank
2. airbox
3.throttle bodies. Do not disconnect the cables place a shirt around them so they dont scratch the frame. Move them out of the way so you can access the top of the motor.
4. Radiator, leave hoses attached to radiator disconnect from motor.
5. Exhuast, and radiator bracket.
6 Disconnect all wiring. and remove rectifier and horn. do not remove ground wire from motor. disconnect it from battery. Remove + from motor.
7 disconnect pair valve hosing from valve cover.
8. remove chain from rear sprocet.
9. remove front motor mounts.
10. Loosen rear motor mounts using 14 mm sockets. do not remove bolts. Loosen engine mounting thrust adjuster. I think 19mm 6point socket. Remove engine mounting thrust adjuster lock nut, should be finger tight after you loosen the thrust adjuster. Remove rear top bolt. Let engine rest with the lower bolt still in place.
11. remove chain from rear sprocet. Remove front sprocet cover, secure out of the way, remove chain from front sprocket.
12. Double check all electrical connections are disconnected and there is nothing you have overlooked.
13. Lift motor strait up to remove tension on rear bottom bolt. Remove bolt. Set motor down.
I am going off of memory so I might have overlooked something but I should have covered most of it. biggest time saver is not disconnecting the throttle bodies from the throttle cables. This is not a bad job, the first time doing it you might swear a couple of times.
