Man what do you want to know? I mean you'll never get a response if you don't ask a question. If your asking if the lt20 is a good helmet. Personally i think so but, you'll probably hear alot of people who think otherwise.

 

Well, i'm asking if anyone has had one and their opions on the HJC. Are they confortable? Do they run big or small? Will it save my life? The usual questions...

I love mine. Fits well, and for the price you cannot beat it. As for safety, I have read many good things about HJC.

get it..i love mine..it fits nice..the only problem i had with it was the bottom rubber came off..but i just glued it back on.not a big deal/..

 

Well if it is pennies like you say it is, buy it for sure. Just be aware that you can now get an AC-10 for about $100 from some places. The Ac-10 is the top of the line HJC, but last years. They have better venting (although still could be better), but also has a removable lining (nice feature).

 

Well, I decided to buy one... Couldn't beat $60. I saw them up on several websites for $100+. I haven't seen the AC-10 for that though... Oh well, this one will last me for a couple and eventually become a back up anyways (or for cold weather maybe...). Thanks all.

My brother wrecked wearing one last year, and his head is as intact as it was before the wreck, anyway. Fits well, with decent visability, just kind of plain looking.

 

My HJC fits my big head better than Shoei or Arai so thats why I like it. I couldn't believe the price

I like mine a lot. Of course if I could afford 500 bones for a helmet I would buy a shoei or arai.

Just got it today, and damn it feels good. A bit snug, but I know it'll lossen up a bit with wear. BTW, the guy I bought it from has KBC VR-1's for $100...

jsut bought one the other day on ebay. got the ac-10 for 99.99 or 100 dollars. still waiting one it. my fren has a cl-14 and he likes it, so i decided to buy an hjc one. i have an arai rx7 but damn i cant afford 2, student on a budget u noe.

 

Did a quick search - you are correct! $100 for a HJC AC-10. Oh well, I like my LT... Check this out though. I went to a local Suzuki dealerships today (open house), and happened to see a row of LT20's - guess what price they had listed? $199.99 - ON SALE!!! One salesperson told me that they were '03 models and just got 'em in last week. I almost died laughing... I was still laughing as I headed towards the front door, and said, "ever see $10k walk out of your store?" He said, "no, why?" I then said, "well, this is what it looks like" and slammed the door, walking away...

I just got a AC-10 for $91 + shipping on Ebay (brand new). I have ridden with hjc lids for bikes and sleds both the cl-12 and cl-4xsn(moto-x) style for the sled. They are very nice helmets for the money and are dot and snell rated, plus over 3 times less the price for an arai or shoei, both are very nice lids, but overpriced imo.
