Yea no road soda's on the bike. But im with most of the guys, one beer on the bike ain't bad. If your gettin drunk of one, than obs. you can't. But it's there own decision, I see more Harley guys are worse than us at the bike nights. I went to one like a month ago I pull up and he asks me to go race him??..WTF??..while the guy can't even stand up straight..

Anyways hope your friend makes a speedy recovery. Were you with him when it happend?

We were coming back from Purdue Lafayette, getting back on I-65 my friend took took the ramp to fast and low.. bike slid over 100 ft into a concrete wall, then hitting the grass and flipping the bike on him...
My other friend who drank and rode is lucky to be alive....

I got rearended 2 weeks ago by a guy on a bike that was HIGH as hell.. yea dropped my perfect bike, and fucked up my knee just become dumbasses want to get high... i bought beat his ass..

yea weed and bikes def dont mix. me n my friends were riding a couple weeks ago wit the guy he bought his bike from and his crew down in queens and we all pull up to a gas station. one guy opens up his back compartment pulls out a pre-rolled blunt and jus takes it to the face before gettin back on. me and my boys were like wtff is this guy retarded. and he was on a brand new pearl white 848 its a shame if he destroys that bike one of these days fftopic but that termignoni has hands down the sickest sound to it.

drinking and driving is STUPID plain and simple !! even one drink can be enough to impair your skills !! if your dumb enough to get on your bike after drinking you deserve to DIE !! i have no sympathy for STUPIDITY !!

One drink might effect your driving/riding if you slam it. But we are talking about having a one or two responsible drinks when your out at dinner or somthing. If you never drink then maybe 2 drinks in an hr might be unwise, but if you know yourself and arnt a 100lb man shotgunning a beer right before you turn the key, you should be alrite, I think its a little excessive to say someone deserves death for drinking a single drink while out to eat with the friends... Personally I dont drink while out on the bike, i always plan drinking and leave the bike at home...

like he said, after a super sunday ride we might hit the wing house( they block off a portion of the parking lot for bike's .) one victory beer, some food, check out the hottie's , go to the house. if u can't stop at one or two ,wait till u get home . and i would never wish death, even on a street stunting squid.

You sound if you have been personally affected by the effects of drunk driving. If so, then I’m sorry. However, this doesn’t give you any right to wish death upon someone if that person chooses to have a single drink. I know of cold medicines that claim to be non- drowsy but yet cause similar effects of intoxication.

I knew a guy who wouldn't get on his zx7r without at least drinking a 6 Pack. I'd call him up to ride, and he'd be like "hold on bro, I'm still drinking." :wtf

What was crazy about it was that the fucker could ride better half wasted then alot of folks did sober. I'm sure the alcohol took away some of the fear factor.

He was pushing 30 at the time and I was about 18/19. I didn't know any better back then. :dunno

Sorry to hear, I'm with a few of the other guys here though. While i typically do not have any drink in me while i ride I will have a beer with dinner when we go out to bike nights (one beer) and ride home (roughly an hour + after the beer). I don't think having a beer or even two within a decent time period is really anything to be too worried about, but then again it effects everyone differently, and i completely respect those who absolutely will not drink at all when they ride/drive. But personally I have no problem with A beer and a ride.

That's funny . . . not quite the same thing, but there was a guy I played soccer with when I was 19ish. He was in his mid-twenties and would never practice and only show up to play fucked out of his mind on whatever he could get his hands on. He was unstoppable too - scored every game.
