Front sprocket removal

It would certainly be helpful. Sometime I use long wrenches or pipes laying around to add more leverage to the wrench, doesn't have to be anything special. What you do need is a torque wrench to make sure everything is in spec when you slap it back on :thumbup
 
Don't mark my words, find out for yourself on your year model. I'm not sure if they differ between the different year models.

If it isn't in your owners manual then get your hands on a service manual. You'll need it especially if you plan on working in your own bike.
