I am planning to remove cat, for that i am thinking add olsan mid pipe and slip on m4 or i can get header from MJS performance and remove servo with servo buddy.
There are not many option for full exhaust system for 2013 model 750/600 in market. There are some but i dont like long big muffler �
When i have straight pipe i want those below updates:

1st plan:
-Dyno tune
-SP full race unit

2nd plan:
-Power commander 5
-dynojet quick shifter
-dynojet ignition module

I am typically riding in downtown and sometime on canyon roads. I just want this setup for fun and i like those flame and poping from muffler specially While launching.
Please help me figure this setup out.

Here's my take on it. First of all, the benefit in removing the CAT is weight. It doesn't slow down air flow much. Also, the weight is down low where it doesn't matter as much. Really interested in saving weight? Change your battery from lead to lithium. You'll save several pounds up high where it matters. Seems to me that cutting out the CAT is an invitation to complications you never imagined. No well-known brands make a mid-pipe so who knows what you'll actually get.

Popping is usually due to the mixture being too lean. Many bikes come lean from the factory to pass emissions. Add a high-flow slip-on and air filter, and you just leaned it out further. You definitely need a fuel controller. I went with Bazzaz over Power Commander for our bike because the PC requires that you keep the stock 12mm O2 sensor in place and add a second O2 sensor whereas the Bazzaz doesn't use the stock one. I have a 2011 750 and there was no place to add a new 18mm bung, so I drilled out the 12mm bung to 18mm x 1.5 thread pitch. (Even THAT I can put back to factory with an 18mm-to-12mm adapter.)

The only thing you need to do to disable the SET valve is to pull the brown wire with a black stripe out of the ECM (located in front of the airbox and behind the steering stem). Some idiots (including Dave Moss) CUT the wire. I just pulled it and capped it so I can re-use it later if I have to. The valve is stuck open with no error codes. Don't waste your money on a servo buddy.

Then there's the auto-tuner. Got that too. This will keep your air/fuel mixture correct no matter what mods you have made or will make. This is why I needed an 18mm bung. With an auto-tuner, you'll never need a dyno again.

Don't like a long, big muffler? Neither do I. That's why I got the Yoshimura Alpha slip-on. It's longer than (quieter than) the megaphone slip-ons like the M4, but shorter than regular.

Quick shifter? IMHO, unless you're already hauling ass the track, you don't need a quick shifter. Hell, I used to upshift without the clutch manually (quick twitch on the throttle).

I looked over the SP race unit. Never heard of them until you mentioned it. Do you really need a pit lane limiter or launch control? I also didn't see an auto-tuner.

If you really ask me if i need quick shifter, No!i dont, but i love to have that because its fun to use and sound nice when shift.

Does the SP come with an auto-tuner? I didn't see one in their package. And, yes, you would have to go with SP or PC or Bazzaz. Why not get a full exhaust system? That would solve the bung problem since most (but not all) aftermarket systems have an 18mm bung. Some have both a 12mm and an 18mm bung.

 

No, SP doesn't come with auto tuner.

-yeah i am gonna change to full exhaust, only one problem i am looking at, if i install SP full race unit (which i like) i cannot add PC or Bazzaz. because PC or Bazzaz directly gonna attached to fuel injectors and SP full race unit also attached with fuel injector, and if i am gonna update to full Exhaust i do need any fuel control or ECU flash,

what is your suggestion here if i really want SP unit to be install and change to full exhaust, What should i do.

With a full exhaust system, you WILL need a fuel controller. You don't NEED an auto-tuner, but I'm a big fan. Here's a list of factors that can affect the fuel/air mixture: weather (temperature, humidity), altitude, modifications, riding style, and type of fuel used. Having an auto-tuner is like being on a dyno all of the time. You can change your mods and don't need another dyno run to get a fuel map. But, if you're going to add a full system and never change anything again, then a single dyno run would do the trick. Thing is, an auto-tuner costs about what a dyno run would cost.

Sorry, but I don't know anything about SP--they may be great--I just don't know.

If you're getting a full system with an auto-tuner, make sure it has an 18mm bung (for Bazzaz) or both an 18mm and a 12mm bung (for PC). (If you go with Bazzaz and the pipe has 2 bungs, you can cap the 12mm one with a plug, so having 2 bungs is not a problem if you only need one.)

I haven't really looked into flashing the ECU, but there are others in this forum who could tell you more about that. Anybody??

 

one last question, can we add two different unit to fuel injection harness? for example bazzaz and other unit?
any extension in market?

Why in the world would you do that? Would you add a second steering wheel and driver to your car?

 

If it's street only, leave the cat alone.

 

If you don't want to go the mid pipe route or when you can go "full system" and still keep the m4 gp, you could buy the akra or arrow header and contact Mjsperformance and ask for the brackets that he uses for the midpipe/gp combo and weld those on to the header and bam! You now have a full system and a bung option for autotune.
