If it turns out to look like the one thats been posted, then kudos suzuki for the nice styling. But thats not why I buy GSX-R's, I want to see performance numbers, suspension specs, and the weight.

Hello im new here . I live in Sweden 28 years old and female.

I so agree with you. Love my 01 1000.
All four japs have plunged in the design department. I liked pretty much all bikes upp to 04-05 then it went downhill from there.

Gsxr 07-08 is ok but the canons??? Why put two big exhust canons seriosly. do they think it will sell more with these on? STUPID

Im not suprised all four japs has lost alot in the selling market (in sweden) (honda lost 27.4 %) .
BMW and KTM has not droped in the selling.


I was looking foward for the 09 gsxr ( seen the pictures on another site ) but now it will be a 08 insteed.

Nope that is not the one. There where some pics leaked
and as someone else said I think they are the real deal. Looks buttugly with two canons that looks like triumps ( spelling ? musical imstrument )

I telephoned Suzukis press office this morning at 9am, new K9 is been released to the world today at the Paris Motorcycle show, still trying to get pictures now wahay at last

in any case it the latest flagship GSXR and will be having one in any case as put my order in July

Gixers have never been about looks, they produce awesome bikes for the masses

Just got a message from my friend who's at the show in Paris.
The pictures from Jeffw are the right ones!! Just as i expected.

Here are some new ones. You can see the new frame, swingarm engine etc. Stats are a littel dissapointing, +5nm, 191hp (that is +4hp I guess), -5kg's, 200 rear. I guess we will hear more soon.
