2000 GSXR-750 fuel injectors not firing? any help is welcome! (SOLVED!)

Hi there, so recently i've started having a problem with my 2000 gsxr-750 of it cranking but not starting, I've checked everything, like jump starting from a car, check for spark, sparks good just replaced them 2 days ago, replaced air filter, did a compression test, its getting compression, fuel pump primes and works just fine, fuel gets to rail, but when i hit the starter button it just cranks and cranks and cranks but never fires /:

So, I pulled the fuel rail put fuel into it manually and hit the starter and noticed there was nothing coming out of ALL FOUR of my injectors. So I did an in depth diagnosis and bought a test light and a NOID light to check the fuel injectors plugs, and bought an entirely separate fuel injector tester/cleaner, using the noid light and the test light all 4 of the plugs the fuel injectors go into where getting pulse and power/ground from the ECU and even pulsing when cranking the engine over, and then i hooked the actual injectors themselves to a injector tester and sure enough, they fired on their own when i connected the positive lead of the injector tester to the positive terminal of my battery, they fired just fine, ran seafoam through them and they were firing perfectly.

but when i attach them to my bike and try to start, no fuel comes out of the injectors at all. I am absolutely stumped at this and need any help i can get before i decide to start throwing big money at it, please any and all help is welcome and i will gladly answer and ALL questions you guys need of the bike, as soon as i can. Again, thank you all for your help.

PS- Whenever i spray fuel into the throttle bodies it cranks up but dies as soon as all the fuel is used up, so we can definitely nail it down to a fuel injection issue. And when put in dealer mode code C22 is all that comes up, I don’t see how that would prevent the bike from starting.

you getting a signal to them?

so you remove them, put 9 volts to them and they open, on teh bike they do nothing? check signal, service manual should walk you through this process of troubleshooting fuel delivery
Yes, when they are the bike they fire nothing but if I hook it up witth a fuel injector tester and power they fire perfectly, I’ll dig through the manual tonight and try to find a troubleshoot and I’ll let you know.

When I disconnect the fuel line on my bike, I get a small dribble of fuel and then it stops. There is a check valve in the pump that stops fuel flowing out. If you disconnect your fuel line and fuel keeps pouring out, and doesn't stop, then something may have fallen apart/broken on the pump.
(Eg. Orings/Seals broken, Pressure regulator fallen off).

Anyway, in the workshop manual section 4-53, there are instructions on how to do a fuel flow test. You hook a hose to the pump, run the other end into a container, and then measure the amount of fuel the pump delivers in 10 seconds of operation.

If you don't want to disconnect any electrical connectors, then you could just cycle the ignition switch on/off 3 times, to prime the pump.
(Eg. 3 seconds of prime X 3 = 9 seconds.)
You should get 168ml or more in 10 seconds of operation.

(NB. If you have fuel pouring out non-stop from the fuel line, then it will be difficult to do this test, and you may need to deal with that problem first.)
UPDATE: alright so as of right now i dont have the proper tools to check fuel pressure but I did take my fuel rail slightly out and unplugged an injector and hooked up a injector tester while it was still connected to the fuel rail and noticed whenever i gave it power, only tiny drops would come out so i've found my problem i believe, (can too much fuel pressure cause this???) i'm going to order new injectors and a fuel pump (because this one has been giving my issues constantly) and ill go from there, thank you for your feedback!!

Fuel injectors don't produce any pressure. They are just an on/off valve. The Fuel pump produces pressure. The Fuel Pump has to be running, for there to be pressurized fuel at the injectors.

You didn't mention the history of your bike. If you just got it, or had it for a while.

We see on these forums many times, bikes that stand for a long time, build up rust in the fuel tank and the rust clogged up the fuel filters in the tank.
Had it for a while it’s sat for around 8 months but I’ve taken out the fuel filter and cleaned it and everything only thing I know if Is you can’t actually physically clean the filter inside of the black housing the pump sits in

Yeah, I've heard of people back flushing them.
I back flushed mine a couple of years ago. I connected a hose to the outlet side of the filter and used a large
syringe (or similar), to force fuel backwards. Lot of black stuff came out.

Maybe you could re-do this test, but have the fuel pump priming when you press the tester button, and see if you
get a squirt.
Gotcha, will try that and let you know

alright so re-did the test and applied different methods with a full battery, when the pump is priming and i activate the tester a very very weak stream comes slowly flowing out, and when i test without the pump priming i hear the injectors click on, but just drops, so i think i mayhave been able to pin point it down to faulty fuel injectors

I have the same problem but I have c00 my new fuel injector I just put one are not injecting. I have a 2000 Suzuki GSX-R 750 with only 22,700 miles on it and it has been sitting for a while. I put nre spark plugs new fuel pump new

I'm having the same problem but now I put the tester and I found out that there is no electricity going to the injection what can I do? I have a 2000 Suzuki GSX-R 750
