Have you got a multimeter. That the relay is getting voltage when the starter is pressed. If you get voltage check that the relay has a good earth. If all that checks out then a new relay for you.

You want to check the feef from the starter switch. That will be 3 on your diagram. Cannot tell the colour as i cant see the colour properly

You will be checking plug 2. It will a switching voltage use the wiring diagram to work out the colour of the wire frim the starter switch.

I think I figured out what wires you need to check.

You might want to disconnect the battery first.

with the meter, one lead to Yellow/green trace off the plug

the other lead to the frame

press the starter button and check for continuity.

if there is none, check the connection to the to the switch block for corrosion, unplug it and clean it.

try again

ok i took the reading from red and black/white and got the same reading not pushing the button as with pushing the button which is the same as the battery. i then tried yellow/green and black and got nothing at all. i feel like maybe theres a blown fuse or something because when i push the starter button absolutely nothing happens

opps i didnt see your post when i posted i will check that now

I just realized you will need the clutch pulled as well to close the clutch safety switch.

wrap a zip tie around the clutch so you dont need extra hands :)
