Sounds like you've heard it all about your condition--I'll stop giving advice on your health.

As for the carnivore stuff--good in moderation but that stuff stays in your system and takes longer to digest. I'm cutting down considerably and see the results from the last 10 months. You are what you eat and most won't realize it until it's too late.

You write as if you're a male chauvinist--I know you're kidding but even joking about it says something about your character.

As for cars, if you can afford one...get an Audi A4 or BMW 3 Series. If you don't like foreign cars, my apologies. Cars can be just as thrilling to a certain degree. It's the only conveyance I would take a passenger with.

Can someone not even make a little joke?

Yes, you can--I'm being critical again. If you think it, then it's cool. When you broadcast it, it opens the door for feedback. That's what's amazing about the internet; it's a double-edged sword and we must be prepared for the replies.

Even me with my criticism--I am open to feedback but I also have the right to write what I feel. It's not vulgar, just constructive. It's a part of my personality and sometimes it's too much for people to take.

As long as I'm not discriminating or belittling anyone, I'm entitled (just like everyone else) to give feedback.

It probably struck a nerve too because I don't like treating women as if they are not equals. The world already gives them a hard time--I don't need to add to it.

Eat plants & vegetables and you'll become a plant! Then they bury you. Good plan.

Personally I'm made of meat and meat is what I eat. :dunno

@a.leopard. I'm not trying to change you--far from it. If my comments cannot be digested, I will keep them to myself.

BTW, the human body is mostly made of water.

Now you're labeling. Whatever keeps you going man. (And I see you are messin' with me)
Yup, I am :lol
Dont worry mate, all good

Whats the water made of? ;)

As I'm researching now, here are the Elements in the Human Body:

Most of the human body is made up of water, H2O, with cells consisting of 65-90% water by weight. Therefore, it isn't surprising that most of a human body's mass is oxygen. Carbon, the basic unit for organic molecules, comes in second. 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of just six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus.

1. Oxygen (65%)
2. Carbon (18%)
3. Hydrogen (10%)
4. Nitrogen (3%)
5. Calcium (1.5%)
6. Phosphorus (1.0%)
7. Potassium (0.35%)
8. Sulfur (0.25%)
9. Sodium (0.15%)
10. Magnesium (0.05%)
11. Copper, Zinc, Selenium, Molybdenum, Fluorine, Chlorine, Iodine, Manganese, Cobalt, Iron (0.70%)
12. Lithium, Strontium, Aluminum, Silicon, Lead, Vanadium, Arsenic, Bromine (trace amounts)

My body has reacted positive to reducing red meat intake. My daughter is studying to be a Dietitian and she is educating me!

Really? I thought hydrogen would have the majority.

Man...the newbies section...gone from the site, to food, to attitudes and now human body composition...:lol

BTW, the human body is mostly made of water.
BTW, all kind of meat is mostly made of water.
Beer is mostly made of water.
Do those facts mean I should drink beer & eat meat?

Eat whatever the fack you want...your life. I just eat a bit of everything. Except mushrooms. :vomit

My body has reacted positive to reducing amount of beer I consume. I replaced beer with port wine & spirits. My friend is working at a liquor store and he is educating me!

Haha, funny. I'm reaping the benefits and I've lost 15 pounds since last April. I'm very proud of that and it wouldn't have happened if I didn't listen to my drill sergeant daughter. She wants her old man to be around for a bit so who am I to complain.

I have not cut out lager from my diet--otherwise I would of lost even more. That's why I'm cutting things out gradually...cause my body is so use to the bad, it will react if I do too much in a short amount of time.

I'm type II diabetic so I have to control my carb intake--beer is my downfall. I love wine too...especially red wine...again, it's got anti-oxidants and is suppose to be good for you in moderation.

As for the bugs, since I have my HJC whenever I ride, I see them splat on my shield but that's about it.

You guys have been fun to chat with--what was this original thread about anyway?

Hello everyone! A couple months ago (Oct 18) I wrecked my 09 Ninja 250,long story short: face mask obscured my vision for 2 secs, hit a disabled car @ 70mph, broke my right wrist and fractured my left femur (just under the hip) casted and metal pins.
Was back on my roommates bike 08 R6 in mid Decemeber and my friend xdjXklusivex (on the forums here) scored a 05 GSXR 750 20th Anni Edit. and is being kind enough to sell her to me. Bike is running really smooth now everything has been maintenance, values, brakes, fluids etc. just waiting to replace a couple plastics and she'll be good as new!
But enough talk, its show time:
Before: (total noob, LEDs are cool, but not going anywhere near the GSXR!)

Some damage cause previous owner endo'd (luckily no frame damage or mechanical) just plastics. Yoshi piping, PC3, K&N Air filter, Y-sliders
Work thats its going under now, Powder Coating the rims to match the tank, HIDs, steel braided brake lines, flush mount signals, and a 170deg rear view camera w/ 4.3 LCD (i dont like mirrors cause I split a lot of heavy traffic). Im looking for a good deal on the helmet to match (won a Suzuki backpack that matches the bike over a year ago, lol) I tried looking for jackets but all the Zuki jackets are M (need a small).
Sorry for the long ass intro. Just happy to be here and riding again. I F*ing LOVE THIS BIKE!!!!
i'd love to do a track day on the 250. bet that would be fun. congrats on the 750 and make sure you get a lid that fits so u don't have that issue again. safe riden and welcome to the forum.:giggity
