Around here it's about 75~80% gasoline and 20~25% ethanol (it was called alchool until recently, then they decided to change the name to make it sound cool).

It runs OK... but i usually go for the Podium gasoline. It has higher octanes and way less sulfur, so tends to be easier on the fuel tank/exhausts.

No matter what kind of gasoline you pick in here, it always has ethanol mixed in.

You should be ok with E10, but E10 absorbs moisture from the air, so I would not let fuel sit in the tank and carbs for more then about 3 weeks.

the REAL bad news is that I hear this new gas we get from the stations that has the alcohol in it is eating up Fibreglass tanks, and melting the KREEM and other tank treatments we worked so hard to put in.

I think my dad said he read that that POR-15 shit from france is the ONLY treatment that is ethanol-proof.

I know mine has Kreem in the tank of the 86-
and I have 2 antique Ducati's with fibreglass tanks-

Guess I'm fucked?

Around here, It's best to keep the tank full than to let it sit half empty... The second situation will create small deposits of rust in the empty half.

Argetina still has 100% pure gasoline as their base fuel...
