2008 Exhaust Question

Hey guys what's on going on, new to the forum. I'm coming from another suzuki (2005 600) and had a question about exhaust. I just bought k8 black 600 with 1,000 miles on it and want to put exhaust on it. Is it possible to put an 06/07 FULL exhaust on the bike?

I'm looking to spend between 800 and 1,100 if possible, do you guys recommend any brands?

For that price you can get a full exhaust designed exactly for your bike so why run an 06-07 exhaust? you can get a full yosh r55 and pc3 with it for that price, or 5 dollars more lol

Several people are running 06-07 full systems on their 08's.

As Mummy said the 08 systems take in account for the 02 sensor.

If i put a r55 with PCIII will my bike louder enough? i have a 750 K8 and want fine noise but not exgerated. I live in mexico, so there´s no problem with decibels, just with my ears.
A friend bought yoshimura for his R1 K8 and sounds almost same than stock.

yes, nearly any exhaust that gets rid of the cat will make it louder. I'm sure people in here will tell you how the R55 sounds as that's one of the best selling exhausts for the 08. yosh, akra, leo vince are all exhausts known for their hp, sound, etc. I dont' think any of their exhausts sounds like crap or are overly loud. They are all pretty much some of the best makers of exhausts in the sport.

It will be MUCH louder than stock with a full R-55. I just put one on my 600. I must be a pansy too, cause I put the removable baffle back in. Without it the thing was too loud for most in town riding, or at least for my taste. Baffle in sounds great to me though, and it is still getting louder as I ride it more.

i cut out the cat and welded a midpipe in it's place then added a R-55 slipon from motomummy and bingo a full system with 02 censor and all still in place, pics below !!!!:cheers

Hello everybody, sorry for my english but i really need your advices. I live in Mexico and have a GSXR 750 K8, im planning to buy from MOTOMUMMY a Yoshi or Akra slip-on and from ebay a custom mid pipe.
Do you think that will work as full exhaust?
Do i need a PCIII or BAzzas?
I just want the exhaust for good noise and look. There are not a Dyno in my city.

Araka full system is nice and you will want a pcIII or bazazz.
