The trick is to know at what health number you're released from there at. It depends on your overall health score.

That's the thing... you have to figure it out. Right now, I have 180 health, and I get 'released' to fight as soon as it hits 36. The higher your health, the higher the level in the hospital.

To test it, wait until you fight and it says you went to the hospital. You won't be able to fight if you're in, and it'll tell you that you're too 'weak'. It may calculate on a fixed percentage of your health number. I just discovered this not too long ago so I'm not sure how exactly that w*rks.
