I have been looking for a 2016 ABS rear wheel on eBay for months. I think that is the only "older" version that will work.

The non ABS rear wheels have a different rear rotor and tighter bolt pattern. Even if you got the wheel machined where you could mount the ABS ring I don't think it will fit past the rotor mounting points.

 

well here's the crazy thing... the dealer doesn't show an ABS model 1K till 17 were if you look up the parts list for 15 and 16 they do show an ABS bike.. i bought a ring and placed it where it should go and it actually laid over the mounting area of the rotor (14 1000)
