Hey guys i just chopped my cat and put on an 07 two brothers slip on exhaust and also a pc3. Im running it right now with a two brothers slip on map but its running lean and its lagging a little in the beginning any suggestions other then getting a custom map im thinking bout just running a full exhaust map because a slip on map for an 08 is programmed to still have a cat on

Are you running an 08 or 07 map. You should be using an 07 map because you have no cat. If you use an 08 map, it thinks the cat is still there.
thanks that another idea i wanted to try but i didnt know if there was some other computer differences between the 07 and 08 that would make it mess up or not work

No difference. Run the 07 map.

As far as the Pair valve, if you are not using the auto tune feature it will not effect performance until you get tuned. It should be put on your to do list for the future.

Do a search for blocking off the pair. It is required as if you do not do it your PC and maps will be off.
As Daisy stated, blocking the pair will do nothing for performance. It won't effect your Power Commander maps either.
If you were using the PCV and auto tune, (you are not) then you must permanently block the pair as all that fresh air in the exhaust will throw off the tune.

If you have lots of decel popping, you can block it to lessen the noise.

Sounds like you could use a trip to a good dyno shop and get a custom map built for your bike.
The dyno operator will block the pair valve as he tunes so no worry there.

Good luck.
