Did you pinch the fuel line?

 

no the fuel lines are good

 

dis connect the PC, and try to rev. Trust me! This step should be done first, seeing how the PC goes between the fuel rail, and CDI. This will help diag! If this problem still around after the PC is removed, then more info will be needed.

my 02 gsxr 750 wont go past 8000 rpm in every gear i have changed the air filter the stva and the throtle bodys and the fuel pump the plugs are good the coils are good:scratch i dont:scratch have a :scratchpower commander :scratchon it :scratchand it idles fine up till 8000 rpms :dunno can anybody help me out please

 

pop the airbox off and start it up to see if the butterflies are opening properly.

 

did u clean the fuel pump? my bike had somewhat the same problem, cleaned the filter in the fuel pump, and worked well right away

 

the butterflys are fine the fuel pump has been changed and i do not have a power commander on the bike do you think i i get a power commander it will fix the problam

 

Alright I have a 00 gsxr 750 and I can't dry rev it past 6k or 7k; when Im riding it, I can't get it past 4k rpms in any gear....just spent $375 at a dealer so he could tell me he didn't know what the problem was. Apparently they said they fuel pump was fine, they cleaned injectors and fuel rail etc...has anyone ACTUALLY FIXED THIS PROBLEM??

 

usually the problem stems from the fixes already suggested. the general repair order would be check stvs and butterflies, check kinked fuel line, and full tune up.

 

Im having the exact same problem if im sitting still its fine but just as soon as i take off it bogs and wont go pass it even if i have the throttle all the way open.

 

Do a fuel flow test... Not pressure, flow.
