The seller for that hugger is basically one of those 'we sell your stuff on ebay for you' kind of places. Check their other items, you'll see. Stuff from electronic toothbrushes to a restored pick-up. It would be nice, but I don't think we'll get a group buy from them.

I'd also be a little leary of the actual fitment for our bikes. The listing says 93-99 GSXR 750. And they also have race bodywork for the 96-99 GSXR's listed. I bet that hugger is for the 96-99 bikes. Jsut my 2 cents though.

ya, i doubt it is for our bikes. it definitely will not fit a 93. kinda looks like it might work on 94-95 750 and 95-up 1100.

If I can get my hands on something like this i can get a mold made and make my own. That would be cool! My wife's prostetist (sp) said he can make pretty much anything that isn't to big with there machines at his office. The CF they made her leg's socket out of is some tough stuff, would love to get a fender and a hugger made out of it!!

The two mounting holes where the chain guard is look like my braced arm, But not sure on the other side? Perhaps Sradiator can comment, he's a Srad guy, he may know if this fit's srads or not?

if it fits, it has a hole on the right side that you would have to drill and bolt it to the side of the swingarm.

Check this out- So I was the high bidder - then outbid - then I bumped my proxy up and was high bidder again. Ok so here's what happened- in order of emails and events to date:
On the 30th I send this email to them:
Hello,
I am the high bidder currently. But there may be a problem. Your description is confusing. For example, the Suzuki GSXR 750 is a different chassis and design in 1996-1998 from the 1993-1995 GSXR 750. The swingarms are similar but differnt, almost NO parts interchange between the 2 chassis. The 1996-1998 was considered the SRAD model. You have in another auction Race fairings for the 1996-1998 Srad, was this CF Hugger for that Bike? If so, I need to retract my bid and you need to modify your description, because it will not fit my application 1995 GSXR 750.

Today 5-04-07 (3 days after my last email) I recieve this:
Yea, I got your email but you still have not retracted your bid. What the hell are you waiting for, the final 12 hours?
So I scratch my head then I wanna punch someone in the mouth!!

Then I notice where my bid has been cancelled by the seller? I'm furious at this point and send this email response:
Now what sense does cancelling my bid make? I would have retracted it myself, thankyou. You have yet, in this being the 3rd email from me and your 1 response, answered my question? Therefore I was gonna risk it and buy it anyway. I will put in another bid.If it doesnt work I'll just resell it.
Please respond before the end of the auction, no sense in waiting till the last minute, and still have no clue as to what it fits.

So now up to date, besides deleting my bid, I am now blocked from bidding on the item? Someone care to explain this?
