2004 gsxr 600 Oil pan

Hey guys ? Do I need to change oil pan gasket when changing oil pan,or can I reuse old one.

If you can remove it without damage you can certainly reuse it. Use some no-hardening resin gasket sealant on both sides & it'll seal as good as new.

Pretty sure there is no oil pan gasket on these bikes. I used Hondabond.

On my K6 1000 there originally was no gasket and the pan was sealed by Suzuki Bond. In 2007 they started using a gasket and a gasket was released for the K5/K6, pn 11489-41G00. It or something else like 11489-xxx00 might be available for yours.

P.S. I see that 11489-35F00 is for K1-K3 600 but didn't see one for K4/K5.
