My relay has finally got me while a casual ride.
Unfortunately, there was no one to help me, on a very hot day so i got pretty Mad and pulled the wires off.I tried to put them back together, from memory, but the bike ain’t starting so i probably did not correctly reinsert them.
The service manual was not helpfull , does not show the pinout.
Does anyone have a picture with the relay wiring color?

they are all color coded, GB, WB = green blue, white blue so on so forth, be careful some are like BG ~ GB, blue green/green blue, I believe the first letter is the solid color then the second is the dashed color, or dotted.. I think? lol, yea memory not so good, haven't fugged with wiring in over 20 years, least like that, knock on wood... lol

its going to be fairly straight forward, 4-5 different wires, 1 make coupler, 1 female coupler, if you think the coupler is fubar get a different WATERPROOF style male, female with at least 4 or 5 holes, if its 4 wires get a 4 hole coupler if its 5 get a 6 unless they make a 5..., you don't need a pin out schedule the wires should be the same color on both sides, doesn't matter what hole you put them in as long as the same color corresponds on both sides.. if they are different colors you'll need to refer to a pinout schedule or a wiring diagram, pretty easy in regards to the fuel pump only being 4 wires or so..

take your time maybe get an 8x11 sheet of paper and draw it all out, create a map, or diagram if you will which wires connect to which wire IF they are indeed different colors side to side or male to female..

so it appears that on yours if its same as the k2 600 its a 3 wire connector

YO (yellow/orange) connects to YO
BK/WT (black/white) connects to BK/WT
GY/WT (grey/white) connects to RD/BK

so its not straight forward but generally they only mix 1 set of wires, so after you connect all the like colors there are only 2 off colored and they connect to each other.. just a tip in case you are desperate and don't have a diagram.. connect all likes then the two remaining off colors generally connect into each other, IF they are not parallel with other wires, at that point you'd have to trace and test, use some logic ..

Twisted's diagram apparently came from a Haynes or Chilton multiyear manual as I have pages 9-21 and 9-22 with more crappy wiring diagrams, but for the 2001 600. The fuel pump relay diagrams in it are the same. Suzuki used the same wiring colors for many years. R/Bl provides power for the pump. When switched, the relay sends that power to the pump via the Y/R lead. The O/W lead provides power to the relay coil. The Y/B lead runs to the ECM, which controls the coil. It will be high (near 12 V) when the pump is off (coil not activated) and low (near 0 V) when the pump is on (coil activated).

However if you pulled the leads out of the connector in a rage and are now wondering which color goes where, that's a question that the wiring diagram doesn't answer. Wait a bit and I'll let you know. The service manual only provides a partial answer.

P.S. When looking at the relay terminals or the backside (wiring harness side) of the mating connector and with the indexing tab (hump) on top, the wire colors are:
Upper left: Y/R
Lower left: R/Bl
Upper right: O/W
Lower right: Y/B
