I was wondering if anyone knew the new 2006 gsxr 750 horsepower.

Probably right around the 125-130hp mark

It is going to have 151 at the crank. about 3 more than the '04-'05.

I WAS TOLD BY A FRIEND WHO WORKS FOR THE DEALER THAT THE 06 750 WILL BE AS FAST AS THE 00-01 1K'S

I thought i read that they will have about 5 more HP than the 05

i know that the 06 600/750 are both going to have more hp than both the 05's

I think the improved mid-range will be more noticeable than any increases at the top end. The new 750 is going back to a slightly longer stroke motor mainly to improve torque in this area.

+1 DOn't look for any significant increase in hp, just usability and increased torque range.

125 to 130 tops..

Why would we need mods if they came with all the power out the gate, that would be boring.. I like room for improvement..

The bike's got a totally diff. motor........more so new cams, and new head.....and some of you think only 5 HP. I'll be very surprised if the 750 doesn't put out at least 135 to the wheel.
