They r ebc r something like that and what do u mean it needs to be removed I have a new clutch cable on its way so ill describe this the best I can I have 7 steels and 8 friction and they r pushed all the way up to the thing that holds the springs? I've had this bike for 3 weeks and haven't got to ride it once :'(

It appears that you have the correct amount of plates installed.
It is normal for the oil to make them stick together and they will easily become separated when the engine is running.
The only thing questionable is if the actuator arm is traveling far enough to correctly operate the rack & pinion,
which ultimately disengage the clutch plates.
I think this is where your fault may lie as everything else seems to be in order.
I ASSume that none of the steel plates were bent or noticeably warped?
Laying them flat on a glass or marble table is a good way to check!

I took my hand and pulled the arm as far as I could go and my buddy put it down in first what and it still did the same thing any ideas
If you pulled the small arm atop of the clutch cover by hand, then you don't have it connected correctly.
You could never pull that arm by hand without a vice grips or pliers or something to give you leverage.

As long as it's not your wife's table! :smackbottom

And yes, you should never have been able to just pull that little arm with your hands...
