I am a big aviation fan, have been since I was a youngin. Thought this was a pretty badass video and a couple crazy maneuvers pulling a couple g's :punk Wish I could've been a pilot of some sort in the military but certain issues prevent that from happening. Still wanna get my pilots license one day. :biggrin

Yeah must be nice to be a pilot. Get paid 3 times as much as everyone to fly then go drink beer in the ready room. While maintainers have to spend 12+ hour days to fix the shit they break. Sorry my rant for the day. I work on these jets in the Marine Corps.

if you fit the physical mold, go get a degree, then become a pilot.

Mom: So what did you do today son?
Son: Oh, you know, same old same old. Just took the multi-million dollar jet up to rip off a few multiple G maneuvers while looking like a complete bad-ass.

Must take a hell of a toll on the body, I know they do special breathing in the turns to counter the G forces but in the 'calm' bit's you can see how heavily he's breathing.

I was also quite suprised, how much noise there is in the turns from the airflow over the wings.

Good video:thumbup

Quit your belly aching, my dad retired 23 1/2yrs Air Force as a Fuels Mechanic. Pilots pissed him off on the regular but he still enjoyed that video. Take pride in your work.

i used to work F-15's when stationed in england. i now work on C-17's. its an awesome feeling to watch the aircraft take off right after you fixed them prior to flight. i like to watch the fighters take off more than the heavies.
