First game I remember playing was Super Mario World for the SNES, our SNES sucked though because the power cord didn't plug into the back of the system worth a shit so any little tap nearby would shut it off and reset my game :lol Never did finish it until I got a computer and played it on an emulator.

Wasted many hours playing Mechwarrior 2 for the PC, also remember playing Gran Turismo 2 for the PSX for countless hours. Started playing StarCraft in 2000/2001, somewhere around that time, and a bit after I got into CS.

Pretty much continually played CS and SC throughout the years since then.

I do miss the old games though, they were genuinely fun and didn't rely on fancy physics or graphics to make up for the lack of everything else that made a game good.

no one remember paperboy and out run?, classic games :D

The other day I was talking with a 17 year old, was telling him about Quake, he was like "WTF is quake ?" :eek:hmy

Taking me back. I remember pitfall, burger time, galaga(or whatever it was called), donkey kong, the track game for the NES with the running pad, duck hunt, excite bike, kung fu with Mr. X, Mike Tyson punch out, bases loaded, double dribble, football, golden eye, grand tourismo, ridge racer, ace combat, top gun. Man it's a lot of em. NBA Jam, Modern Warfare kept my attention for a while too, only the first one though. I liked inFAMOUS (I think mostly just b/c it was easy to get all the trophies). Split second was okay until I unlocked all the cars. But definately a lot of classics.

A few months ago I forked out a fair wad of cash for a new gaming pc with all the fancy crap in it.

And what do I spend most of my time playing?

Syndicate, a game (probably one of my favourites ever) from 1993

:lol
