those 2 guys are fucking losers. they do the southern state all the time, and have used their pea sized brains to remember the hardly technical/difficult parkway after they've been riding for what 15 yrs?
most guys out there talk shit, just go to exit 21 and listen to the bs:lmao
to op, when i lived in ca, riding up the 101 was tight as fuck! somketimes i was lucky enough to follow a chp on the bike and have a good run.
even then, with chp infront of me, people would still wander into his path
