Laid bike down last season and bent in my rear brake pedal, pretty sure if i try to bend it back it will snap. Anyone have any suggestions on where i could get a new one? Dont feel like paying $90-100 for an OEM one. Eventually i'll buy some new rear sets but no money for those either. Thanks! Sorry meant pedal not lever

I did the same thing when I went down a couple of months ago.

I was able to straighten it fairly easily - Get it in a vice, apply heat (blow torch) and very gently bend it back into shape. It takes a fair bit of heating but it can be done.

Good luck

you can order just the pedal, you dont have to order the whole rearset. When i crashed my bike and it got bent this is what i did. I wouldnt bend it back if you feel that it would compromise the strength. Its not a break you use a lot but still i wouldnt feel good knowing it might break.

i use my rear brake to slide the rear wheel out :D thats always fun

our bikes are so heavy but i rode an 08 honda cbr 600 and it was so light i could almost go all the way sideways....dont know what that called but def cant do it with the gsxr :(

It's powersliding.. Btw honda 600's suck donkey balls.. :D
there ya go powersliding lol...very fun tho def. And yes the honda sucked and was that orange and black one X( but it was a bike to ride until mine got fixed back in 08 when i crashed so i wasnt complaining, just happy to have been back on 2 wheels.

do what this guy said. i tried straightening out my cousins brake lever once just with pure pressure and it went "SNAP!". That shit was funny as hell(well at least to me not very much to him).
