im looking at upgrading my suspention i know ohlins is the best and if i had the money thats what i would do .....but my son is a year old an is damn expensive ....lol .. plan on doing track days this year ive been looking for used revaled forks but havent found much just trying to see what kinda options i have thanks guys

yeah i am just starting out on the track bought the bike new in 07 has 26k miles on it ....im 201 lbs. my good friend has done a bunch of track days with tpm out at summit point... he set my suspention up last winnter cause i didnt feel the front was settleing as fast as i would like so i rode all season with while yes it is better i plan on doing a track day or two before i buy anything to see how it dose there....ive had all the gear to go the track casue i planed on going last year but with my son being born never made it ....thanks

While your buddy may know a bit about suspension...a pro will definitely know more and will probably be able to set up your bike better. With 26K miles I'd at least flush the fork fluid. Also, at 201 pounds while getting new fluid you could get some stiffer springs better suited for your weight. Other than the fluid and the springs, the OEM forks should work fine for your first few trackdays. Check your seals as well.

Change the spring on the rear shock to suit your weight.

That is as good as you are going to get if you are on a budget.
