borrowed my buddies uber expensive camera (and multiple lenses) and realized that I know nothing about photgraphy :banghead Newest upgrades include Galfer lines, EBC HH pads, Driven D3 grips, R1 throtle tube and R&D barends. Enjoy....

Why did you move it and put it on stands in like 4 different spots?

Stands dont make it look better :p lol

bike looks awesome....but i think it may look even better with a yellow 04/05 tail and blacked out frame

2 spots, one infront of my house and one across the street, trying to get different angles with out cars in the pics.

I just got the stands so I wanted to rock 'em out. I like the way they look since the bike leans over so far on the stock kickstand IMO

nice bike.
how are you liking the R1 throttle tube? I heard R6 throttle tube is even faster to WOT.
What year throttle tube did you need???

I actually ordered the R6 tube but since I didn't have to dremel anything I assumed I got the R1 instead. I like it better than stock but plan on doing the R6 in the near future.

I used an 04 R1, I can get you the part number when I get home tonight if you want it. I paid like $13 something shipped
Yes, please. So you have to dremel for the r6 tube??
I have an 00-750 but I am sure the same one you used would fit.
I can do the R1 for the time being if the r6 involves mod work....
PM me or post it here, thanks buddy

I checked my old e-mails and found the shipping invoice:

Yamaha GRIP ASSY Part # 5SL-26240-01-00

I bought it here:

R1 throtle tube instalation: http://www.gixxer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=110247&highlight=r6+throtle+tube

Somewhere on the forum is the directions for doing the R6, I searched real quick and couldn't find it. Honestly its a pretty easy install, the only pain was the throtle cables, that took a little patience. You may want to search part numbers because I bought what I thought was the R6 throtle tube off what I found from this forum:http://www.suzukihayabusa.org/forum/index.php?topic=130634.0

I should have called the dealer before I ordered because taking the Driven D3 grip off the R1 is going to to be PITA :banghead

Thanks for the information man.
I like your bike it's looking clean!
Now I just have to decide r6 or r1.....I don't want anything that isn't good for the street since that's where ALL my riding is done...at the moment.
