OK soo im pissed off...i put money down on a bike that i wont see for 3+ months and i get a call today and they tell me they have to add $500 bucks because of this global price increase.

I told them that deposit is a obligation and sales contract and they were just like "sorry bud"

someone tell me i should fight this...

who can i call at headquarters suzuki

Good luck on that one. You'd have to look into it, but it doesn't sound like an intentional bait-and-switch. If Suzuki reduced prices across the board would you pull out of the agreement and buy at the cheaper price?

They said it was in the mail last week...cuz i ordered it on the phone...they charged my credit card 300 bucks that day though....so far nothing in the mail.

but there is NO way in hell he would DENY the price he sold it to me because it thier NON-neogotiable price....they claim best prices in my state and offer that price on their internet. Which i have a print out off...but they changed it today.

i have a family attorney...but if i piss off the dealer...they will do shitting warranty work...tear the shit out of my bike when they get it...who knows

if i pay, then i get a fist up my ass.

I tried to ask if we can split it, and he said the owner cant. what else could i ask for? yoshi jap parts? free oil change? i mean what would validate 500 extra bucks just cuz they say so.

Dude I would be fucking pissed too.. A contract is a contrat you signed and they signed so its fightable in court.. They cant go and change a contract once you both agreed too it and signed that you agreed. Get a lawyer have him write something up or call the dealership and I bet they back down.. Breaking a signed contract is illegal!

if you don't piss off the dealer you'll show them that you have no backbone and they may try to fuck you over in the future. tell them you refuse to pay the 500 because it was not included in the contract and that they cannot legally charge you for it and that you'll be happy to bring it up with the law if they fail to abide by the contract.

Yup its just simply illegal to change a contract like that

I got the bike for 10,699... its thier internet pricing and they list it everywhere... but it is a steal of deal...i bet they only were making 200-300 bucks off the deal. Now they want 11,199.00

however, it is only OVER THE PHONE contract or verbal....

Since you paid the deposit with a credit card, why not dispute the charge and have the transaction voided? Some credit card companies have purchase protection as a benefit. If this stealership wants your business, they wouldnt be jacking you around. Why not explore other options to buy this bike? I havent been back to the dealer I bought my bike from since the recall work was completed. (K7)1000. Is there anyone else you trust to work on the bike in OK? good luck:banghead
