Fall Of Nations
Fun Game to play at work. For those of you that like war and such. Its browser based and doesn't require your full attention at all times. There are times you have to wait for certian things to happen (which is when you should get your ass back to work)

But anyways. Its a War type game that involves attacking and pummeling other peoples armies.

I used to play Earth 2025, but then switched to Utopia since it is more complicated. Alot the same as that game, but more involved and fun.

Well, it's pretty much a single player game, but once one of us gets enough gold we can make a gixxer.com guild. I'd recommend picking the race with the intelligence bonus, you'll get more gold each time you attack somebody.

sweet. keep this thread at the top once one of us can start a guild. I used to play ultima online back in the day...this game sounds kinda like that.

Looks like we're growing a nice little army here. We were in the top 50 last I checked.

I just wish it wouldn't say they enemy is enraged by the death of their comrades when you haven't killed any. What would it take to build a simple "if / else" statement into the page. I guess all this coding homework is making me nit-pick.

Well, a couple of things to consider

1. Save your turns. Using a few doesn't do much for you, it's best to have a bunch to use at a time.

2. When you attack, click attack several times very quickly, before it goes to the attack results screen. Pick on someone with alot of money, easiest to find them on the "who's online" screen, because they are generally very active raiding others for gold.

3. Spend all the gold you get from attacks right away. Don't expect that if you log out with over 20,000 gold that you'll have much left when you get back. Find someone who is raiding and building gold, attack them many times repeatedly, then spend the gold instantly, before they retalliate.
