heres another pic of mine from behind, the LED lights are on, i tinted the rear brake light a little it, and then i painted the turnsignals for the 3 line effect, then sanded that with 2000 grit and then went over it with tint spray again. so it looks all blacked out but when the lights come on, they shine through the three lines.
what do you guys think? good/no good:dunno

post up some night pics? also, where in IL u live... smack dab in the middle of the city here...

i just ordered the same one form the same people.. glad to hear good things about it.. :cheers
And the LED just plugs into the factory connector!

One thing is when you get it- if the LED dont work it is because the wires are switched and you will need to switch the wires around. I bought mine when they first came out but I think they have fixed this now

If your going to buy one, get the Comp works one or whatever and powdercoat it the same color as your tail. If not and you decide DIY do what d7k8gsxr600 did only instead of drilling holes in your plate take a look at what i did all using stock parts, its super easy and it is better than drilling your plate. Again that is my opinion but the walmart lights are the way to go and also use the 2 holes closest to the back and yeah just look at my pictures. In my opinion I think mine looks the best and it costs 4 dollars and about maybe 30-45 min time. You decide my pictures will be next.

when i pick up my bike the first mod is the competition works LTD one, i prefer my plate tucked under and closer behind the rear wheel because im always running tolls and with most of the other kits the plate is still visible.... and i did a custom license plate on my current bike but this time on the GSXR750 i want to only put quality parts on it and nothing else so i am going to spend the money.

it sounds like to me that you want to be like everyone else in the norm and spend unneccessary amounts of mony that you can get a better look from doing yourself!:lol

and if your worried about spend money on only "quality" parts, then y dont you spend 5 dollars on some lights and then spend the rest of the $100 on a filter or something that would be more benificial!!!!!:spit

One cool thing about the FE kits that mount between your passenger pegs is that red light cameras cant get you. Not saying i run lights but those times when you push your luck and decide to go through these FE kits avoid those camera tickets

Mine is mounted between the passenger pegs. I got it off ebay from GIXXXERBOYS, looks really good too and comes with either a white or blue LED light
Looks great, had the same one for mine. But the folks that "serve and protect":lol in my area said :nono. Got off with a warning:smackbottom, so I went to walmart and spent a couple of dollars and made my own "legal" kit. It doesn't look as clean, but it keeps the law off my butt.
