Yep... a lot to ask. Of course if they took it to the track they wouldn't have to worry about being bugged by The Man about speeding, power wheelieing, and not having a license plate. :shifty
Great, all we need are squids taking their assclown stunna antics to the track. Any of you guys makes a stupid move and takes me out in a corner, you're damn right I'm going to be looking for your ass in the pits. Pray that I'm knocked out in the ambulance...

You can thank all the street stuntaz and idiot squids for this kneejerk reaction by lawmakers who don't like paying ever-increasing taxes to finance medical-care systems strained by morons on two wheels.

This sort of reaction is exactly what we have been foretelling.

A more mature reaction would have been to impose some sort of graduated licensing scheme to allow progressive rider skills development, but the liberals wouldn't allow that.

And I foresee it will get worse: More shitty news coming your way, if this sort of behaviour is an indicator:

:wtf is wrong with people. I wouldnt do that to my worst enemy.
With that new law in FLA. bet you see alot of people running from the law and driving with out lisences now also (probably unregistered and uninsured too cuz they are already driving illegally).. This will just snowball into a bigger problem.

Just wait and see how bad it gets when all the tree hugging prius pussy liberal democrats start writing laws (with real punative penalties) against aftermarket exhaust systems etc.

This is only a small sample of how bad it's going to get in the near future if the libs get full control of all three houses.

THAT's what barrack and company call "change you can believe in"

Laws like that have been around for years in the UK. I got done for a license plate the other week. Only ÂŁ30 fine tho. They go to town on you if you even slightly pop a wheelie.

Good luck with them, I can't say anyone will be taking much notice, cause they don't over here. Just be a little sly about it. LOL.

The most ridiculous party of the whole leaw is that they can make laws that pertain ONLY to bikes. Cars and trucks aren't penalized to the same amount of $ for the exact same action.
We have our own crazy unconstitutional laws to contend with here in Ontario

Don't speed, don't wheelie, and put your license plate in the proper place.

That's alot to ask indeed.

ROFL, Amen man, I think the plate is excessive but as far as the wheelies and 50mph over the speed limit, have at it. People riding like tools to look cool is one of many reasons we pay so much for bike insurance. Bring on the heavy fines because they won't effect me.

Not all wheelies are intentional

Um, yeah they are. I've owned more motorcycles than I can remember and not once have I "unintentionally" wheelied. You know it's going to come up when you whack the throttle, you know it's going to come up when you fan the clutch, you know it's going to come up over that little rise in the road ahead but you gag it anways. Don't feed me that BS lol, if it came up, it's because you wanted it to or you didn't know how it responded which means you shouldn't be on it anyways.

well, we need a sportbike version of that movie where an unknown rider comes out at night and strikes vengeance upon all the squids and chrome windscreen scum, thus restoring a civilized community of respectable riders.

You mean like all the wanna be knee dragging track stars douches who have Ohlins suspensions on street bikes and run down curvy back roads in full leather doubling the speed limit while video taping it only to come back here, post the video, and have all their little nutswingers "ohh and ahh" over their m4d tyte riding sk1lls y0!!!!!

Please dude, the you are the kettle calling the pot black jumping on a bandwagon with all the other sheeple. Wheelies aren't the only form of "squidding it up". Riding like a twit with both wheels on the ground is just as stupid but is glorified by the majority of people here becuase "it's how the bike was meant to be ridden" lmfao. :banghead Chrome windscreens, chrome wheels, chrome anything has fuckall to do with that. I worry more about the track star wannabees on the street than I do the guy with a bunch of chrome heading to starbucks. 9 times out of 10, he is just trying to get laid where as the other guy is trying to impress everyone online with his "skills" lol.

Fine them all, make it so expensive to fuck up the only ones left will be the people like me who ride to commute and leave the WOT for the track. Then my kid will be safer on the way to school every day.

Please. :wait Either that or Old Man McCain kills this country off financially by continuing the Bush administration's pointless "War on Terror" by borrowing more and more money. This country is fucked as it is...we don't need any more conservatives that pander to corporate special interests.

Law Makers passing all sorts of silly laws and look to traffic violations as the "look at what we are doing" to make our community safe and income stream...While the people doing violent and seriously troublesome crimes do not have tough laws against what they are doing. Police and law makers are really mostly a joke and go after the easy pickings.
True.

You'll see a lot more people running from the cops that's for sure. Way to scare people and make them really ride out of their limits trying to run. That's gonna save lives for sure. woooooo stiff laws.
Very True.

True again.

True, and people are still going to vote for him.

All about money!!! Nothing else...
all bullshit....
Imagine if DWI was a FELONY the FIRST time???? (should be!)
How many innocent people a year are killed by a guy doing a stand up wheelie???????
Think about it...(guy doing wheelie is guilty so he don't count!)
SILLY..

I received a ticket for improper tag location in my pick up and it was $65. Why would it be considered more on a bike?? I'm not understanding something here.

"Note to self, don't ride during biketoberfest."

It's funny that they give you thousands of $$ in fines for doing stunts on the roadways (which I'm not saying is wrong either) but don't offer a place for people to practice their stunts.

A freind of mine gave a garbage man the finger the other week....
They chased him with the garbage truck from Manhattan to the Bronx...
Then he got out...the garbage man beat him bad with a big stick..knocked his eyeball out the socket......
MAYBE HE SHOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN THE FINGER!!!!!!!!!!????????
you think....
